Our client an established R&D company based in Limassol is seeking to recruit a Deployment Engineer to join their growing team.
Job Description
This primary responsibility of the position is to conduct end user training to field agents, site acceptance and continue supporting the client following the completion of the SAT for our unique GSM solution.
Additional duties include the preparation/update of training material, presentations and user manuals.
Arrange and conduct onsite training for field agents
Traveling abroad to conduct training for short periods of time
Technical support (software and hardware)
Utilization of automatic testing programs
Writing technical documents, user manuals and training presentations
Required Qualifications
Minimum education level: Engineer or Equivalent
Assertive
Self-reliant
Experience in the following fields: pre-sale, post-sale, conducting technical training
Strong understanding of Windows operation systems
Other requirements
Software knowledge and experience is a plus
GSM & UMTS knowledge is a plus
Prior experience using RF test/diagnosis equipment is not essential but useful
